The perfect combination

The Force USA C10 Sliding Bench was custom-designed for the Force USA C10, is also compatible with the Force USA C20, and greatly expands the multi-gyms’ capabilities. The unique, main feature is that, after pulling a single pin, the bench can slide back and forth along a rail, allowing it to be combined with weight stacks to perform leg presses. Simply connect the lower cables of the multi-gym to cables included with the bench. An extendable support slides out to maintain a fixed distance between the bench and multi-gym. With your seat properly adjusted, you’re ready for leg day!

The choice is yours: classic leg press or hack squat

You can leave the bench level and use the shoulder pads to perform hack squats or remove them and angle the seat for leg presses. The footplate and seat offer many customisation options, and colour-coded pairs of cables in various lengths help with adjusting the bench for different user heights. Both exercises are safer than the conventional versions since the weight isn’t pressing on you, and you’re lying in a comfortable, horizontal position. The resistance from the weight stacks is transferred 1:1, so you’re truly pressing the entire load unlike with a 45° angled, plate-loaded machine where a portion of the downward force is supported by the machine’s frame. This allows even advanced users to push themselves to their limit and take full advantage of the C10’s and C20’s heavy dual weight stacks.

Even more leg training options

The leg extension / leg curl attachment can also be hooked up to the weight stacks using the long extension cables. With the Force USA C10 Sliding Bench, you can therefore perform a thorough leg workout using the cables and weight stacks. The leg extension / curl attachment can also be loaded with 50-mm plates if you prefer. This allows for even finer adjustments or for the bench to be used separately from the power rack by a second user.

A comprehensive training experience

An included preacher curl attachment helps you perform isolated bicep and forearm exercises – either using weight stack cables or with free weights. The Force USA C10 Sliding Bench can, of course, also be used like any conventional bench, and the seat and backrest can be set to numerous angles of incline. The impressively high-precision laser-cut components come together nicely to create a solidly-built construction. Despite its hefty weight, the bench can be lifted by its handle and easily wheeled out of the way or repositioned.

Safety Information

  • Before you start & safety precautions
  • Read all instructions in the manual before assembling or using this equipment
  • Only tighten nuts and bolts loosely until all equipment is assembled. Once the equipment is fully assembled, tighten from the bottom up, working evenly around the unit.
  • Remove all parts from the packaging and count each component separately to ensure everything is provided correctly, noting that some items may be pre-assembled
  • Follow the instructions and refer to both the individual assembly pages and the exploded views of the equipment whenever possible
  • The owner is responsible for ensuring that all users of this unit have read the user manual and understand the safety precautions
  • It is highly recommended that two or more people are used for assembly
  • Ensure all parts are in working order prior to use
  • Make sure all pivoting components are able to move freely
  • Do not use or store the equipment outdoors or around water
  • Do not over tighten any component with pivoting function
  • Keep hair, fingers and clothing away from moving parts
  • Only use attachments recommended by the manufacturer
  • Never operate if parts are not functioning correctly
  • Always stretch prior to using equipment
  • Stop immediately if you experience any pain, dizziness or nausea
  • Before starting any exercise program consult your doctor
  • Preservative maintenance
  • To ensure your equipment is operating at its peak, please follow the below preventative maintenance schedule performing all tasks upon initial assembly:
  • Daily Maintenance
  • Wipe down the equipment to remove any dust and sweat residue with a dry, non-abrasive cloth
  • Inspect the unit for noisy, damaged or loose components
  • Monthly Maintenance
  • Thoroughly clean the equipment using a non abrasive cloth dampened with a mild, all purpose cleaner ensuring to thoroughly wipe down and dry the equipment afterwards
  • Apply a 100% silicone lubrication (preferably spray) to guide rods, pulley sliders, weight plate carriages and any other moving parts where friction can occur including bearings (where applicable). Any other form of lubrication will void your warranty
  • Check the tightness of all bolts, nuts and screws
  • Check the cables for fraying or any signs of wear and ensure they are at the correct tension with a small amount of slack at resting position (where applicable)
  • Inspect pulleys for any damage or cracks (where applicable)
  • Knurling can be cleaned using a soft bristled brush to help remove any particles that may be nestled within the knurling
  • Vacuum around the machine/equipment to prevent dust acclumulation
