The RDX free-standing punchbag set F6 6ft KARA with gloves allows for intense yet safe training – all without installing a ceiling or wall mount. With a height of approx. 183 cm, it proves a realistically large striking surface for punches, kicks and combos. The hard-wearing outer cover made of Maya Hide synthetic leather is especially resilient to withstand heavy use. For enhanced stability, the innovative Octa-Truss Technology includes suction cups and extendable feet in the base to help with shock-absorption and prevent the bag from sliding across floors. The shock-absorption capabilities are increased thanks to a patented dense foam protector and connector piece between the bag and base that evenly distribute the force of impacts for a more controlled rebound behaviour.The striking surface is filled with soft shredded textiles. The base can be filled with up to 130 kg of sand or 80 litres of water. The set includes a pair of gloves designed for training on a punchbag, so you can quickly get started with your training. The punchbag is suitable for use in a home gym, fitness studio or outdoor area, and its robust, weather-resistant construction means it can be used for a variety of training styles.
